Improvements and bug fixes
Improvements:
- It is now possible to use various new scopes for Master Site synchronization. These new scopes include a view-based where you can select to synchronize entities from a specified view, and a CAML based scope where you can use a CAML query to select the entities for synchronization. It is also possible to synchronize buffer sites only.
- The Master Site synchronization page now uses separators for the different sections.
- Entities marked as favorites will now be cleared from the favorites if they are deleted.
- A new "Run security synchronization asynchronously on site creation"-option has been added to the Security pages on business modules. When enabled, the system will run security synchronization asynchronously on site creation for improved performance.
- Notifications are now sorted by the following order: Deadline, priority, delivery date.
- It is now possible to pin My Tools groups and buttons. Both My Tools groups and buttons have a "Pin to toolbar" setting, which can be toggled on and off. If you pin a button group, it will always be shown when on the specified instance. If you pin a button, it will be always be shown in the panel of the specified instance. If the button belongs to a group, you can also find it in it's group.
- Renamed "Properties" and "Step options" tabs in multiple steps in the Process Builder to "Options" for consistency.
Bug fixes:
- Fixed an issue where users who did not have permission to run a process could still see the button command bars and context menus.
- Fixed an issue where Item Creation trigger conditions using content type of the item did not work.
- Fixed an issue where the Quick Navigation menu type (classic or top bar) was not synchronized during master site synchronization.
- Fixed an issue where Master Site synchronization of the Quick Navigation menu would always set the menu items to "Link", even if set to "Label".
- Fixed an issue where site creation on business modules using the One site collection per entity architecture sometimes failed if the document library on the master site contained files.
- Fixed an issue where the Details Card webpart did not work.
- Fixed an issue where he numerator service did not properly update item fields if the "Keep document number on move" setting was enabled.
- Fixed various issues with the First Agenda Management integration.
- Fixed an issue where updating entity meta data through the WorkPoint 365 API did not trigger security replication.

- Fixed an issue where setting a site collection scoped managed metadata field in an entity form did not work.
- Fixed an issue where the Create Digital Post Message WorkPoint Automate step would fail with a "Sequence contains no elements" error. Note that the output of the ConvertToPDF action step might need to be reconfigured as it is now reverted back to previous working version.
- Fixed an issue where looking up person information using CPR register lookup did not accept queries not strictly adhering to the xxxxxx-xxxx format. Requires update of WP Kombit API.
- Fixed an issue where the WorkPoint 365 API call to copy an entity no longer returned the ID of the new entity, which can be accessed using CopyEntityStepName.Result[0].ID.

- Fixed an issue where the person set in people fields related to documents from templates (e.g., document owner) would be inconsistent with the person set in the item form.
- Fixed an issue where links opened on the "Finish" step buttons in WorkPoint Automate processes would open in a new tab and the process would still be open in the original tab. The "Finish" step now has an option to hide the "Close" button, and buttons now have an option for how to open their links.
- Fixed an issue where choice fields in the WorkPoint Automate Process Builder did not correctly accept typed in choices using the "Enter" key.
- Fixed an issue where creating and updating relations using the "Create relations" step in WorkPoint Automate did not work.

- Fixed an issue where configurations on fields in process forms (e.g., "hidden" or "read-only" field properties) were not enforced when the process was loaded.
- Fixed an issue where disabling a system process trigger and saving the process would set the trigger back to the "Enabled" status.
- Fixed an issue where Managed Metadata fields in WorkPoint Automate process steps did not respect term sorting settings.
- Fixed an issue where after typing a character into a blank rich text field on a step in the WorkPoint Automate Process Builder the cursor would move back one character.
- Fixed an issue where folders with a dot in the name followed by some text being edited in an Item form would take the text after the dot as file extension in the Name field.
- Fixed an issue where using Tab to cycle past a date/time field in an input form intended to be left blank would set the field to the current date. Now activating fields requires the user to press "Enter". Exiting the field can be done using the "Escape" key.
- Fixed an issue where empty text parameters sent to Http endpoints would be sent as null and not as an empty string.
- Fixed an issue where existing date/time field values on entities were not loaded into Entity form steps correctly.
- Fixed an issue where copying entities would sometimes cause an error if no mapping field had been set in the business module stage settings.
- Fixed an issue where My Tools button with specific Item Selection Requirements could be run if the requirement was not fulfilled.
- Fixed an issue where clicking the "Go back" button on a process which was on hold multiple times would result in an error. The button is now disabled on the first click.
- Fixed an issue where process step status of a step which was on hold was displayed as "Running" in the step overview.
- Fixed an issue where creating documents in folders or document sets did not work properly.
- Fixed an issue where document templates could sometimes get wrong meta data from the document set in SharePoint.
- Fixed an issue where site creation failed on business modules using the One site collection per entity architecture if the master site did not have a site collection term group.
- Fixed an issue where it was not possible to reference SharePoint groups from the current site in process permissions.
- Fixed an issue where document sets shown in a Search for item in list form were displayed using the folder icon. Now uses the document set icon.
- Fixed an issue where file extensions would get added to all inputs in the "Name" field on item forms.
- Fixed an issue where it was not possible to configure fields on the Relation form step. It is now possible to configure a default start date, a default responsible person, and to limit from which business module a target entity can be selected.
- Fixed an issue where the button to ignore errors and continue on Convert document to PDF step did not work if an error was thrown.
- Fixed an issue where the Relation form step would initialize with the wrong entity ID.
- Fixed an issue where Digital Post message actions did not have the right fields.
- Fixed an issue where edits to process group names from inside the Process Builder was not saved correctly.
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to create documents from templates when document set functionality was enabled and content type selection was enabled in Item form.
