With WorkPoint 365 version 2.1.0.0 it is possible to schedule jobs to run a data aggregation. For information on the data aggregation feature, please clickhere
To set up a scheduled job for a data aggregation, go to the WorkPoint 365 administration and select "scheduled Jobs" from the left hand menu. Thern click "Schedule aggregations"

Then you can schedule a aggregation with an inteval and frequency and starting time.
NOTE: the feature will run the aggregation on all sites. Therefore it can be very demanding in terms of system resources. Only use this feature when relevant and with care!
