Mail merge fields missing

You have added one or more columns to a business module, but are unable to select them as mail merge fields in Word.

The length of the added mail merge fields are too long. The full length of the mail merge field (including the business module name) may not exceed 40 characters. Please refer to the Creating and using Templates in WorkPoint 365 article.

Shorten the length of the mail merge field.
