WorkPoint 365 Version 4.11

Improvements:

• A table of available buffer sites for a given module can now be retrieved using the WorkPoint API https://api.workpoint365.com/api/BufferSites/{businessModuleId}. You can read more about how to use this API here.
• The performance of the export/import functionality has been improved my optimizing certain tasks during the operations.
• The Task Overview webpart now supports the use of managed metadata fields as task status.
• The performance of WorkPoint Automate processes have been improved by caching processes to redude SharePoint calls.
• Improved stability and performance of Entity Update event receivers.
• Notification service term sets have been moved from global- to site collection level in the term store. Enabling notification service no longer requires tenant term store admin permissions.
• Reduction of request to SharePoint from Express Panel and webparts. When using WorkPoint search settings in the Express Panel or a webpart, the result is no longer displayed when initially loading the page. The user must add a minimum of 3 characters or hit the enter key before the search result is requested. This behavior can be changed in the search settings.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed various issues with validation in WorkPoint Automate user processes.
• Fixed various issues with the Export/Import functionality.
• Fixed various issues with toggles in the My Tools panel (Favorite, Follow).

• Fixed an issue where filtering on the "Awaiting user input" status in the My Process panel did not work correctly .

• Fixed an issue where date and time fields in WorkPoint Automate processes on entity sites used the timezone from the entity site and not the source.
• Fixed an issue where the details panel for document- and item search settings in the the Express panel failed to load for selected items.
• Fixed an issue where the Copy or Move Documents WorkPoint Automate step would under some circumstances show some documents to have succeeded when they had actually failed to copy/move.
• Fixed an issue where new sites could not be created on a business module after performing a site collection synchronization to the master site.
• Fixed an issue where the Create Item WorkPoint Automate step would repeat the file's file extension if "Existing document output behaviour" was set to "Overwrite".
• Fixed an issue where master sites on One-Entity-Per-Site-Collection business modules created on a solution defaulted to the "English (United States)" regional setting instead of following the root site regional setting.
• Fixed an issue where it was not possible to create sites for entities manually on business modules where "Automatic site creation" was disabled in the General Settings of the module.
• Fixed an issue where fields in WorkPoint Automate processes which were set to read-only, and which could by conditionally hidden and shown did not get their values reset upon hiding and showing the field.
• Fixed an issue where the relationship between entities in the Top Panel did not show correctly in the breadcrumb.
• Fixed an issue where typing any letter into the URL field of a Hyperlink field in a WorkPoint Automate process automatically also write that character into the "Alternative text" field.
