1. Introduction
Having the ability to document communication and decisions made during various types of work processes is in many cases very important. WorkPoint has for a long time had the ability to journalize e-mail communication from Microsoft Outlook directly to WorkPoint entities such as projects, cases, or other work items.
Using WorkPoint Automate it is also possible to save Microsoft Teams communication on WorkPoint entities, offering extended support for documenting communication, and when combined with a WorkPoint Teams App, it further unlocks the ability to save one-on-one chat messages.

2. Saving Microsoft Teams channel posts on WorkPoint entities
In this article, we go through an implementation case where we save correspondence in a Teams channel linked with a project inside WorkPoint. It is run from inside the WorkPoint 365 interface, and the output is saved inside the Documents library of the project itself.

3. Saving individual Teams chat messages on entities in WorkPoint
In this article, we configure a WorkPoint Automate process which allows us to save individual one-on-one chat correspondence between two individuals in Microsoft Teams, to entities within WorkPoint. To facilitate this functionality, we will use also configure a WorkPoint Teams App, and the process will be executed from within the Microsoft Teams interface.
