Advanced Journal Settings

Easily configure which e-mail address types are used for Automatic Journalization.

Have you ever experienced the e-mail journal for a Company getting unmanageable.

With this new feature you will be able to configure WorkPoint only to display automatic journalized e-mails based on specific address fields. These settings is easily set within the Email Manager Settings.

Automatic journalized e-mail exclusion

This new functionality enables you to exclude automatically journalized e-mails from any entity in WorkPoint.

When the journal has been disabled for an existing Company, any e-mail that have been automatically journalized will no longer appear in WorkPoint and WorkPoint Express.

Security Settings

 As a new feature to the Restricted e-mail settings, you can now apply rules to all existing e-mails.
