Insert As Link
This will create a link to the file stored in WorkPoint. The recipient of this link needs to have access to the document in WorkPoint to open it.
- Create a new email in Outlook
- Find and right-click the document in WorkPoint Express you want to sent a link to.
- Select Insert As Link.
- A link to the document location in SharePoint is inserted into the email.
Attach As PDF
- Right-click the document you wish to attach as a PDF to the e-mail and select "Attach as PDF".
This converts the selected document to PDF and attaches it to the e-mail:
