In some cases it can happen, that WorkPoint Express isn't loaded automatically in Outlook.
This can happen if the WorkPoint Express add-in loading time exceeds 1 second. Microsoft Outlook has a build-in feature that unloads all add-ins that aren't loaded in 1 second.
To force Microsoft Outlook to load WorkPoint Express follow the guide below.
Enable slow Add-Ins
Outlook can disable WorkPoint Express if it fails to load fast enough, and in most cases this can be overwritten by the user with these steps:
- Go to Slow and disabled COM Add-Ins after pressing "Files".
- Find and press Always enable this add-in for WorkPointExpressAddIn.
Opening the registry
- Press the Windows key on your keyboard, type "regedit" and hit Enter

Creating the LoadBehavior value under Local_Maschine
- Navigate to the path shown in the picture above and mark the "WorkPointExpressAddmin.AddinModule" key
- Then create a "DWORD 32-bit value", name it "LoadBehavior" and set its value to "3"

- Then create a "DWORD 32-bit value", name it "LoadBehavior" and set its value to "3"
If you now are able to see WorkPoint Express when starting Outlook everything has been configured correctly and you can close this guide.
