Our services are tailored to enhance productivity and streamline business processes while ensuring that your documents remain within your control, stored securely in your own Office 365 tenant. However, WorkPoint365 adds many valuable features on top of SharePoint - some of them interacts with your documents, why documents can be read by our services in specific scenarios.

WorkPoint365 interacts with customer documents for various purposes, each aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of your business operations. This includes the following features:

- Convert documents to PDF format for easy sharing and archiving.

- Copy entities that replicates data across sites.
- Move documents in specific scenarios, ensuring they are where you need them.
- Compress documents into a ZIP file for consolidated storage or transfer.
- Validate PDF documents to ensure they meet your standards.
- Edit and manipulate PDFs for tailored document management.
- Convert selected documents to PDFs for uniformity and compatibility.
- Create items by reading from templates to maintain consistency.
- Save Microsoft Teams chats for record-keeping and compliance.

- In certain situations, we read your documents to forward them to your digital signature provider.

Are all these features necessary to run WorkPoint365?
WorkPoint365 is very flexible product. Designing and configuring your solution is unique and matches your business requirements. Whether you choose to benefit from above mentioned features completely rely your decision and needs. However, a single feature is currently not possible to disable (Send-To-PDF), but will in the future also be optional.
Our Commitment to Your Data Sovereignty
We want to reassure our customers that WorkPoint365 does not save any documents on our end. The data store is utilized solely for saving information about WorkPoint365 configuration and licensing. Our add-in permissions can be structured so that they only access data from site collections hosting WorkPoint365 solutions, ensuring that your data in other site collections remains untouched.
