What is happening here is that although information about the new Business Module have been stored in the WorkPoint Settings list, your browser has a cached version of the WorkPoint Settings stored and is therefore unable to render WorkPoint UI elements on the Master Site, which in return results in the error message.
To resolve this issue, please complete the following steps
Open the faulty Master Site in your browser
Open Developer Tools in your browser by right clicking anywhere on the web page and select "Inspect" or press F12 on your keyboard to open the browsers Developer Tools.
- Click on Application
- In the left-hand menu under the Application section click Storage
- Click "Clear site data"
- Right click on the reload button in your browser and click "Empty cache and hard refresh".
The Master Site should now load correctly without any errors or glitches in the UI.
