  1. Choose your contact, right-click and select Send Email

Create a new email and add text to be included in the email template

Save the template

Save the template

When the new email is finished select File -> Save As

Make sure the file type is Outlook-Template (*.oft)

Open the template library

  1. Open WorkPoint 365 in your browser and click here to access the template library

Upload the email template

Upload the email template
  1. Click here to upload the email template

Choose the file to upload

Choose the file to upload
  1. Click here to browse your computer for the previously saved email template

Select the email template

Confirm the upload

Confirm the upload
  1. Click OK to upload the Outlook email template

Fill out required fields

Fill out required fields
  1. Fill out the required fields and choose on what business modules the template should be available
  2. Click here to check the uploaded email template in and it's ready to use
