Learn how to setup and use email templates in WorkPoint and WorkPoint 365 from within WorkPoint Express.
Using Outlook templates

- Choose your contact, right-click and select Send Email
Select a email template

Select a email template to use

Create an email template

Create a new email and add text to be included in the email template
Save the template

When the new email is finished select File -> Save As
Make sure the file type is Outlook-Template (*.oft)
Open the template library

- Open WorkPoint 365 in your browser and click here to access the template library
Upload the email template

- Click here to upload the email template
Choose the file to upload

- Click here to browse your computer for the previously saved email template
Select the email template

Confirm the upload

- Click OK to upload the Outlook email template
Fill out required fields

- Fill out the required fields and choose on what business modules the template should be available
- Click here to check the uploaded email template in and it's ready to use
