Microsoft had a global issue with login tokens unexpectedly exepirring in SharePoint Online.
When accessing certain WorkPoint 365 features (Express panel in the browser, WorkPoint administration or the mail merge feature) your Office 365 login token might unexpectedly not have renewed automatically when accessing these features.
The following error message would be shown when trying to access these features:
Log out of Office 365, close your Internet browser and login with your Office 365 account again.
Based on reports from our customers an internal tests, the issue seems to be resolved. We await final confirmation from Microsoft.
