Handling a CDN URL Change for WorkPoint 365
WorkPoint 365 has updated the Content Delivery Network (CDN) URL used to load client-side resources. This change may impact certain edge-case solutions that depend on the previous URL for loading scripts or images.
To ensure uninterrupted service, administrators should:
-
Review Custom Firewall Rules:
- Check if any custom firewall rules have been set to allow access to specific domains for your WorkPoint solution.
-
Update Whitelisted Domains:
- If the domain"workpoint.azureedge.net"is currently whitelisted, you must also whitelist the new domain:"cdn.workpoint365.com".
By whitelisting both domains, you will prevent potential disruptions in loading client-side resources for WorkPoint 365. Please verify these settings to ensure continued smooth operation.
