When the "Use MyTools for WorkPoint 365" setting is deselected in WorkPoint Express ->Settings -> System-> Preferred Dialogs, the built-in default create entity process will open when creating a new entity from within WorkPoint Express.
This overrides the configured wizard for creating entities, meaning users see and run the default process instead of the intended wizard.
Cause
WorkPoint Express does not prevent built-in default processes from appearing or running when the "Use MyTools for WorkPoint 365" setting is deselected.
Workaround
If you want users to use the old wizard instead of the built-in default create entity process in WorkPoint Express:
Go to WorkPoint Administration.
Navigate to the relevant Business Module (e.g., Companies).
Open General Settings.
In Default create entity process, select Select a process... instead of the built-in default.
Save the changes.
Restart WorkPoint Express for the change to take effect.
With this configuration, the default process will not open in WorkPoint Express, and the wizard you have configured will be used instead.
