This release of WorkPoint 365 version 4.26.2 focuses on stability and reliability throughout the platform. Several enhancements address key operational areas, including improvements to validation behaviour, site provisioning workflows, and core document processing.
The update resolves issues related to entity editing performance, ensures accurate status reporting for buffer sites, and improves PDF conversion functionalities. These updates support a more seamless user experience and strengthens the consistency of core platform operations.
Product improvements
- Improved and streamlined default permissions setups on hidden system lists, such as Favorites and Relations.
Bug fixes
- Master Site URL Resolution: Fixed an issue where Business Modules API failed to resolve Master Site URLs for site collections not provisioned by WorkPoint.
- Buffer Site Creation Status: Resolved an issue where Buffer sites that failed creation incorrectly showed as pending.
- Validation on Read-only Fields: Validation errors no longer appear on required, read-only fields populated by expressions.
- PDF Conversion Font Issue: PDF documents generated via WorkPoint Automate step now properly include all fonts in the PDF index.
- License Portal User View: Resolved issue with viewing active WorkPoint Express users in the License Portal.
- Entity Editing Threshold: Entity title renaming now works even when large numbers of favourites trigger list view thresholds.
