WorkPoint 365 version 4.26.3 focuses on delivering important bug fixes and performance improvements to enhance user experience and system reliability. This release addresses several issues identified by customers and partners, ensuring a smoother and more stable operation across key WorkPoint modules.
Product improvements
Enforced security on system lists
- WorkPoint contains several hidden system lists used for internal purposes, such as settings, relations, favorites, and other background functionality. Up until now, these lists have been technically accessible through standard SharePoint APIs. However, from this moment on to ensure stability, integrity, and functionality all interactions with these system lists must be performed exclusively through the WorkPoint APIs. Direct access and manipulation of these lists has never been supported by WorkPoint, and this change enforces that boundary.

Update your flows by November 30, 2025—after this date, old URLs will stop working and triggers will fail.
