New Features
WorkPoint Express 365 Release 1.1.0 introduces the following new features:
Mobile Support
With this release, WorkPoint Express 365 will soon be available in the Microsoft Outlook app for iOS and Android, providing access to your WorkPoint solutions and WorkPoint Automate processes directly from Outlook Mobile.
Note: The availability of WorkPoint Express 365 in Outlook Mobile requires WorkPoint to submit an updated application manifest to Microsoft for approval. This approval process is managed by Microsoft and may introduce a delay beyond WorkPoint’s control.
For customers who installed the add-in via the Microsoft Office Store, the update will occur automatically once approval is granted, enabling mobile access. We anticipate a delay of 1–5 days after the release date to complete Microsoft’s approval and manifest synchronization. We will update this article as more information becomes available.

Email Locations
The new Locations tab in the WorkPoint Express function drawer makes it easy to find where selected emails from your Outlook inbox have been saved. As shown below, selecting one or more messages in the Outlook Email Inbox (1), then opening the "Locations" drawer (2), will show a card for each selected message (3) highlighting the full path to the entity, library and folder location.
Relations
The new Relations panel in the Entity View screen provides users with a streamlined way to view and filter relationships, enabling deeper insight into how Entities are connected.
Users can now create or modify Relations directly within the WorkPoint Express 365 interface, leveraging either standard WorkPoint Automate processes or custom flows for maximum flexibility.
This feature dynamically adapts to the Relations configuration defined in your WorkPoint solution—no additional setup is required for viewing relations in Express 365. For solutions with existing relation configurations and established Entity relationships, WorkPoint Express 365 automatically surfaces these connections to your users, ensuring a seamless experience.
Bugs Fixed
In addition to the new feature sets released in 1.1.0, the following bugs have been resolved:

- Consistent Context Launch Parameters for WorkPoint Automate Processes launched from all WorkPoint Apps. When a WorkPoint Automate process is linked to a My Tools menu item, any extended parameters defined in the My Tools settings are consistently applied across all WorkPoint interfaces—including Express 365, SharePoint Modern UI, and WorkPoint Express Classic. (52429)
- Express 365 allows navigating child modules when wpParent uses Lookup display value: In some solutions the Business Module List column used to store the Entity parent (typically wpParent) uses a Lookup value to display a calculated/computed field from the parent entity BM list. This previously caused submodule navigation via Express 365 to fail. This is now resolved. Business Module hierarchies may use standard parent columns in combination with calculated/computed fields for more intuitive navigation. (58023)
- Resolved issue with large Business Module Lists in Parent/Child BM Hierarchies: Express 365 now supports navigating large volume Business Module lists ( with >10k entities) configured in a parent / child hierarchies. Express 365 now optimizes index use and handles throttling allowing users to navigate from parent to child entities and working around SharePoint list limitations. (58312)
- Custom Finish step buttons in WorkPoint Automate Processes now supported by Express 365: Express 365 now recognizes and supports custom buttons defined in WorkPoint Automate interactive process completion steps. Express 365 can now navigate directly to Entities, Entity Sites or Document libraries directly on process completion. (59082)
