• Right Pane Search Formatting: Fixed an issue where column formats for search results in the right pane of WorkPoint Automate process forms were not displayed correctly. (58008)
• Duplicated Search Results: Fixed an issue where concatenated search field values were displayed twice in custom forms, causing a crowded layout. (58072)
• Site Collection Creation Error: Fixed an issue where new site collections could not be created due to an error with the 'Limited Access' permission level. (58729)
• Stuck Buffer Site Jobs: Fixed an issue where stalled single buffer site creation jobs were not removed after being inactive for several days. (58983)
• Default Process Site Setting: Fixed an issue where the default create entity process did not follow module "Automatic site creation" settings. (59090)
• Buffer Site Creation stalled: Resolved a very rare situation where an internal lock could remain active longer than intended, causing a buffer site creation job to pause. The job now proceeds normally in these cases. (59217)
• People Field Update Error: Fixed an issue where errors occurred when setting people field values using the "Update Multiple Items" step. (59340)
• Relation Type Picker: Fixed an issue where the relation type picker failed in the standard Create Relation form from WorkPoint Express 365. (59573 & 59587)
• Security Replication Timer: Fixed a rare situation affecting the daily security synchronization job. This job runs when the “Synchronize to all site collections on changes to root site permissions” setting is enabled, and ensures that changes to permission levels, permissions, and group memberships on the WorkPoint root site are synchronized to all site collections. In some cases the job could pause before completing, which only delayed the sync. It now runs and completes reliably. (59303)
• Notification HTML Formatting: Fixed an issue where notification messages were not shown with HTML formatting. (59464 & 59554)
• PDF Preview in Search Form: Fixed an issue where PDF preview failed in WorkPoint Automate steps using the search service. (59610)
