The Files, folders and items review step is used to present an overview of the selected documents, folders, or list items before an action is executed. It allows users to verify that the correct content has been selected, similar to a confirmation step such as “Are you sure you want to delete this?”.
This step is typically used before actions like deletion, moving, or updating content, helping prevent accidental changes and ensuring the correct items are processed. It adds an extra validation layer to automated flows where user confirmation is required before continuing.
