New WorkPoint Automate Steps
The following steps have been introduced to WorkPoint Automate:
- Delete entities: Can be used to delete entities from a business module. Read more here.
- Delete files, folders, and items: Can be used to delete files, folders and items in entity lists/libraries. Read more here.
- Entities review: Allows a user to review the entities they have selected for further operation, e.g., deletion. Read more here.
- Files, folders and items review: Can be used to review the items the user has selected for further operation, e.g., deletion. Read more here.
- Upload files and folders: Can be used to upload items from a device to a location in WorkPoint. Read more here.

- Incorrect Item Edited: Fixed an issue where editing items in the Multiple Items Properties Form could apply changes to the wrong item (#59084).
- Lookup Not Displayed: Fixed an issue where Process Builder would not display Lookup values when filtered by wpParent (#59507).
- Required Field Validation Triggered: Fixed an issue where required-field validation would trigger incorrectly when changing stage and inherited metadata fields were updated (#59690).
- Date Field Validation Failed: Fixed an issue where a required date field would fail validation if the default date was set in list settings and the content type was changed in the form (#59759, #59782).
- Express Classic Validation Error: Fixed an issue where users would receive a "required field" validation error when creating entities in Express Classic (#60207).
- Responsible Field Source Null: Resolved an issue where setting Current User in the Responsible field on the Create Relation(s) step could result in a Source Null error (#60447).
- Outlook Journalizing Mapping: Resolved an issue where mapping emails from Outlook folders failed if a user's UPN differed from their primary SMTP address (#58337, #59865).
- Import to Stage Mapping: Fixed an issue where importing data to a stage mapping field in data import would silently fail (#59048).
- Solution Export Issue: Fixed an issue where exporting solutions failed unexpectedly when exporting processes (#59040).
- Master Site Settings Issue: Fixed an issue where saving Master site settings could fail on business modules where Entity name contained spaces (#60529, #60470, #59677).
- Super User Role Limits: Fixed an issue where the WorkPoint Super User Role did not properly limit access in WP Admin (#60059).
- Master Site Term Store Warning: Fixed an issue where Master Site Synchronization would warn or fail when no Site Collection Term Store was present (#59983).
- HTTP Credential Deletion: Resolved an issue where deleting an unused HTTP Endpoint credential could corrupt other credentials, causing external HTTP calls to fail (#59980).
- Non-One-Site API Issue: Fixed an issue with site creation for multi-site entities using the SiteManagement/CreateSiteIfNotExists API (#60393).
