We’re excited to have introduced some new features to help improve user productivity by working with your WorkPoint data.
Easier Entity and Item Identification with Enhanced Grid and Compact List Views
Teams working with long lists of business records (Projects, Cases, or Contracts) often waste time hunting for the right one. When names start with common prefixes like “Project A-001” or “Client Case…” users have to scroll sideways just to find the record they need!
To help, we've introduced two new options for viewing your data: Grid and Compact List. These bring more details about each Entity into view - eliminating the need for horizontal scrolling and making the selection process easier.
The new views bring critical identifying information into view instantly. Grid shows complete record details at a glance; Compact List highlights the key fields teams need to make fast, accurate selections. No horizontal scrolling. No second-guessing. Just the right record, right away.
These view options will be ready to use right away without any additional configuration - they use your existing SharePoint List view settings. Plus, after you set your favorite viewing style, WorkPoint Express 365 will remember it for you, so you won’t need to select it again on future visits.
Multi-item process launch from WorkPoint Express 365
WorkPoint Express 365’s latest update brings improved efficiency and easier management of your daily tasks.
Previously, WorkPoint Automate processes could only be triggered on one Entity, Item or Document at a time. For workers handling high volumes of documents, approvals, or case updates, this meant repeating the same action again.
Users can now select multiple records, documents, or items in Business Module, List, and Library views and launch a single Automate process for all selections at once.
Easily perform WorkPoint Automate actions - combine, convert, move, share, or others - on several items right from the Outlook task pane.
Improved Sort and Filter Controls
Sorting and filtering across Business Module Lists, Document Libraries, and SharePoint lists is now faster and more intuitive. A new unified sort control in the list header gives you access to all columns in the active SharePoint view from a single entry point.
Large or complex views are no longer a challenge: a built‑in column search lets you quickly locate the field you need, eliminating the need for horizontal scrolling. Once selected, a column can be sorted in ascending or descending order and filtered directly, with support for both text and numeric columns.
The result is a cleaner, more efficient way to work with large data sets—without losing flexibility or control.
WorkPoint Express 365 is now fully available on Outlook Mobile (iOS and Android)
With the WorkPoint Express 365 release in January 2026, we introduced support for Microsoft Outlook Mobile on both iOS and Android. At launch, availability was subject to a mandatory review and approval process by Microsoft’s Outlook Mobile Application Team.
We’re pleased to confirm that this approval has now been granted. As a result, all users of the WorkPoint solution and the WorkPoint Express 365 add‑in can seamlessly access, search, and manage their WorkPoint content and processes directly from Outlook Mobile.
No additional deployment steps, installation, or configuration are required.
Users can access WorkPoint Express 365 from any email by opening the Add‑ins menu. Authentication is handled automatically, enabling quick access to the WorkPoint solution, email archiving, and WorkPoint Automate processes—directly from their mobile device.
