The User Interface Access settings page allows administrators to configure which SharePoint groups have access to which parts of the Email Overview sections of Email Manager.

The following points describe the settings:

1. The My Recycle Bin access level drop down menu allows the administrator to select which level of access a standard user has to their own recycle bin. Available options are:

• No access: Users will have no access to their personal recycle bin.
• Limited: Users can access their recycle bin and see it's contents, but cannot open e-mails or access a preview.
• Limited with preview: Users can access their recycle bin and see it's contents including a preview of selected e-mails.
• Full: Users can access their recycle bin and see it's contents including a preview and opening selected e-mails.

2. For Administrator recycle bin, a SharePoint group for access can be defined. In this case, the Owner group of the solution is selected to have access to the Administrator recycle bin. This group's access level is set in pt. 3.
3. The access level for the Owners group for the Administrator recycle bin is set to Full. In effect, users in the Owners group can view the entire recycle bin, and they can also permanently delete emails from the Archive.
4. For Administrator all emails, a SharePoint group for access can be defined. In this case, the Owner group of the solution is selected to have access to the Administrator all emails overview. In this overview, the group members set can view all e-mails across all journals and the archive. This group's access level is set in pt. 5.
5. The access level for the Owners group for the Administrator all emails overview is set to Full.
6. A SharePoint group can also be given permissions to move e-mails to the recycle bin. In this case, the Owners group of the solution is selected.
7. If changes are made to the configuration, they can be saved by clicking the "Save" button.
