1. Introduction
Apart from uploading documents and other elements to WorkPoint it is also possible to upload entire folders from a local storage. This makes it easy to upload an existing folder structure as well as the folder contents to WorkPoint without having to manually create folders and upload documents to these.
Please note that this feature currently works only when using with WorkPoint through a browser.
2. User Guide
Uploading folders can be done by e.g. dragging and dropping one or more folders from a local storage location (e.g. a folder on a computer) and dropping them onto a document library in WorkPoint:
- Select the folder(s) that should be uploaded to WorkPoint and start dragging them by clicking and holding the left mouse button over the selected folder(s).
- Drag the folder(s) from the local storage location onto the document library in WorkPoint and let go of the left mouse button.
The folders are now uploading to WorkPoint:
- The folders have been uploaded to WorkPoint.
If we enter one of the folders, we can see that also the contents of the folders were uploaded:
