User Guide: Generate PDF copy of a document

1. Introduction

In WorkPoint 365 document libraries, it is possible to select an element, such as a document or an image, and convert that file into a PDF file. This is done from the Command bar of the library.

Alternatively, if you wish to combine multiple files into a PDF file, and/or you wish to convert to a specific PDF format, the "Convert/Combine File(S) To PDF" feature can be used. You can read more about this feature in this article.

2. End User Guide

This feature can be used in the following way:

  1. In a Document library, select a file.
  2. Click the "Send to..." button in the Command bar.
  1. From the available options, select "Pdf copy".

A Pdf copy of the document is now being created:
