Smart Journalization
Journalize your e-mails automatically based on content in the e-mail. E-mail Manager has now implemented intelligent pattern recognition that can identify key information like project number, account number, ticket number, etc. in email subject and body. Using this information E-mail Manager can match these keys against companies, projects, cases and any other module in WorkPoint using customizable rules.
Shared Access
This new feature allows you to share your mailbox with specific colleagues. Using this features your colleagues can help you manage your mails.
Audit log
E-mail manager will now log all changes to settings. This provides great compliance regarding access to e-mail at any point in time. Further, all e-mails being added/changed in the system will also be logged.
