1. Introduction
The Risk Matrix webpart is used to give a visual representation of the risks registered on entities, e.g. projects, cases, or contracts.
The Risk Matrix webpart is requires a risk list on the entity, from where to pull items to show. Risks are then represented in a matrix form with two choice fields on the x- and y-axis.
An example of a risk matrix webpart with risk entries can be seen in the following image:
The risk matrix in the image displays a 3 by 3 matrix using the "Severity"- and "Probability" fields from the risk list on the entity. The numbers in the matrix represents the number of risks with the corresponding severity/probability values. There is e.g. one risk with a severity value of 2 and a probability value of 3, and there are two risks with a severity value of 4 and a probability value of 3.
Clicking a field in the matrix which has any number of risks opens a list in which the user can inspect the risks with that severity/probability score.

The Risk Matrix webpart can be used to inspect risks registered on entities.

2.2. Inspecting entries in the Risk Matrix
Users can click a number in the Risk Matrix to view the risks which have the corresponding Severity/Probability scores:
- In the Risk Matrix, we click to view risks which have a severity Score of 4 and a Probability score of 3 (we see that there are 2 risks with these scores). This opens a window which displays the risks along with the risks meta data:
- Clicking the title of a risk opens the editing page of the risk:
