WorkPoint 365 Update - 19/6 2026

The journalize flag in WorkPoint is a visual indicator in Outlook applied to e-mails to show that they has been journalized in WorkPoint. It helps users quickly see in Outlook that the email has already been archived, reducing uncertainty and duplicate journalization.

With this update, the Upload Outlook Emails and Attachments step has been updated with options for setting the Journalize Flag in Outlook with custom texts and colors:

Autofill Columns in WorkPoint bring AI-driven intelligence into document management by automatically enriching files with meaningful metadata. Instead of relying on users to manually enter information, Autofill Columns use generative AI to read and understand documents as they are uploaded, and populate selected fields with relevant data.

With this release, Autofill Columns created and configured on Master sites can be synchronized to other entity sites, complete with the Autofill Column function enabled and with the prompt defined on the master site.

When combined with WorkPoint, the value of SharePoint Agents increases significantly. WorkPoint provides a governed data structure on top of SharePoint, organizing information into well-defined business entities such as cases, projects, customers, and documents.
