New Features
Journalize Flag
The journalize flag in WorkPoint is a visual indicator in Outlook applied to e-mails to show that they has been journalized in WorkPoint. It helps users quickly see in Outlook that the email has already been archived, reducing uncertainty and duplicate journalization.
With this update, the Upload Outlook Emails and Attachments step has been updated with options for setting the Journalize Flag in Outlook with custom texts and colors:
Autofill Columns
Autofill Columns in WorkPoint bring AI-driven intelligence into document management by automatically enriching files with meaningful metadata. Instead of relying on users to manually enter information, Autofill Columns use generative AI to read and understand documents as they are uploaded, and populate selected fields with relevant data.
With this release, Autofill Columns created and configured on Master sites can be synchronized to other entity sites, complete with the Autofill Column function enabled and with the prompt defined on the master site.

AI Expression Helper in Process Builder
Inside the Process Builder in WorkPoint 365, you can now use the WorkPoint Assistant to help you generate adaptive expressions using natural language and AI.
You can for example, on a Date and Time field, prompt the assistant to return today's date plus 30 days, but only if a given condition is true. The Assistant will provide a Bot Framework Adaptive Expression, which you can insert into the Process Builder field at the click of a button:
New WorkPoint Automate Step: Run AI Prompt
The new Run AI Prompt step in WorkPoint Automate can be used to prompt a deployed Azure AI model with information and requests in an easy way as part of a process.
The step allows for easy configuration of system- and user messages, as well as configuration of the specific schema of the output the AI model provides:
Documentation on this step will be provided at a later date.
