1. Introduction
E-mail Manager for SharePoint is a bundle of features related to management of e-mails received in Microsoft Outlook and journalized (or stored) in SharePoint/WorkPoint.
The bundle is comprised of the following features:
- Journalize e-mail from Outlook Folders
- Journalize Flags
- Quick Journalize & Suggestions
- Journal Locations
In the following sections, we will give a brief description of each feature and provide a link to further documentation.

2. Journalize e-mail from Outlook Folders
When an e-mail is journalized in WorkPoint, the location of where it was journalized can be viewed in the bottom panel of the e-mail.
This ensures that users have quick access to the location of an e-mail without having to navigate down the tree structure of the WorkPoint solution.

3. Journalize Flags
A journalize flag is a small colorized flag set in the "Category" field of e-mails in Microsoft Outlook. It is set by WorkPoint Express when one or multiple e-mails are journalized, either by dragging they e-mail(s) to a library in WorkPoint Express, or when using the Quick Journalize functionality.

4. Quick Journalize & Suggestions
The Quick Journalize feature of WorkPoint Express allows users to quickly journalize e-mails from Microsoft Outlook in specified lists on WorkPoint solutions.
The advantage of this feature over simply dragging and dropping an email into a library directly in WorkPoint Express is that other business modules than the active one and the exact entity to journalize to can be easily identified and selected. It also allows you to journalize multiple e-mails at the same time - even to different locations! Additionally, the Quick Journalize feature includes an intelligent system which suggests journalization locations for your e-mails.

5. Journalized E-mail Locations
