The "Mark entity as favorite" step is used to both mark and unmark entities in WorkPoint as favorites. Marking entities as favorites makes it very easy to locate and access entity sites used frequently.
A use case could be if a user has a project which they work on or some some other reason has to access every day. Instead of going to their list of projects and look for the specific project to access the site, they could mark the project as favorite. In this way, they can easily access the project site from the Favorite list in the WorkPoint Express panel.

This process enables users to search for entities on a WorkPoint solution and mark them as favorites.
