Note that running system processes requires an active connection. You can set up a connection in the Process Builder.
The "When a stage is changed" trigger will execute the subsequent steps in the process when an entity in the monitored business module list changes stage.
An example of use could be on a project management solution, where an e-mail is sent to a project team when the project manager changes the stage of a project.
When adding the "When a stage is changed" trigger, you should see the following:
|Title||String||Yes||The title of this trigger. This title is displayed only in the process builder and when inspecting instances of this process.|
|Business module||String||Yes||The business module which you want to monitor for stage changes of entities.|
|Trigger status||Boolean||Yes||The status of this specific trigger. Can be used to temporarily disable a trigger, e.g., for debugging purposes.|
