The "When an item is deleted" trigger will execute the subsequent steps in the process once an item is deleted from a monitored list on an entity on the specified business module.
An item could be e.g. a document, a risk, or a task.
An example of use could be to inform a project team if a task or risk has been deleted from a project they are working on.
When adding the "When an item is deleted" trigger, you should see the following:

Business module | String | Yes | The business module of the list which you want to monitor a list for item deletion. |
List | String | Yes | The list on the selected business module which you want to monitor for item deletion. |
Included properties | Array | No | Use this field to type in the internal names of the fields from items in the selected list which you want to be able to use in subsequent steps in this process and accept using Enter. Multiple fields can be set in this field. |
Trigger status | Boolean | Yes | The status of this specific trigger. Can be used to temporarily disable a trigger, e.g., for debugging purposes. |
