The Item form step is used for inputting meta data for items like Tasks, Risks, and so on. Examples of meta data could be the person responsible for the item, a due date, or a status.
It is often used in collaboration with e.g. an "Update item" step, in order to input new meta data or changing existing data, which can then be saved using the "Update item" step.
