The Copy entity lists step is used to select which lists and what content to copy from an original entity. It is typically used in a process before a Copy entity step in order for users of the process to be able to check which content from which lists they want to be copied over from the original entity.
This is done from the following form displayed when the step is active in the process:

The "Copying configuration" section contains all lists found on entities on the selected business module.
When a process using the Copy entity lists step is run and the step is active, the user can select which content from which lists to copy. Expanding the lists in the Copying configuration section enables administrators to pre-define which content should be copied and whether the setting should be locked or be up to the user.
This can be useful if an organization has specific policies related to which content must be copied when copying e.g., a case or a project.
