Improvements:

• Default processes how have buttons to open their respective results on the "Finish" step.
• Added options to the "Combine selected Documents to PDFs" step for combining documents into one PDF along with various related options.
• Added options for adding translations to the following fields on processes and steps:
  • Process title
  • Process description
  • Process settings -> start message
  • Process settings -> finish message
  • Process settings -> finish button titles
  • Step title
  • Step description
  • Step validation message
• Added "Search form" step, which allows searching for various entities, items, or elements using WorkPoint Search Settings. This step also allows for searching for and selecting documents in the template library.
• Added "Document options" step related to the Digital Post service. This step displays a set of selected PDFs to be sent in a digital post message and associated options.
• Redesigned the following elements of the "Change stage form" step:
  • Now displays the full path of stages, including substages.
  • Completed stages displays a solid checked icon.
  • Target stage has a different icon and row will display as selected.
  • Disallowed stages are displayed in gray.
  • Constraint messages are shown above the "Continue" button. Errors disallow users to continue. Warnings allow continuation by clicking "Continue anyway".
• Field descriptions in process steps now support rich text, making it possible to e.g., add a clickable link in descriptions and more.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed an issue where activation of the Entity Activity Log feature failed.
• Fixed an issue where hidden site columns exported using the Export/Import feature were exported at not hidden.
• Fixed an issue where the Send HTTP Request step would not always show all available endpoint configurations.
• Fixed an issue where the Copy Entity step would not trigger the numerator service to increment ID fields after copying.
• Fixed an issue where the action to convert documents to PDF would run for a long time and then time out.
• Fixed an issue where content type was not loaded on Multi-item form steps.
• Fixed an issue where the Status column on Multi-item form steps was not rendered if a custom display property was provided.
• Fixed an issue where buttons on the "Finish" step of processes which linked to opening a document did not work.
• Fixed an issue where the Relation form step did not allow A-to-A business module relations, even if an A-to-A relationtype pair was configured.
• Fixed an issue where the Relation form did not show enough information about which entity users were currently making a relation from.
• Fixed an issue where the background color of the business module panel in the Relation form made it difficult to read the business module names.
