Improvements:

• A new authentication method for setting up connections in the WorkPoint Automate Process Builder has been added, allowing administrators to log by providing an Office 365 login to use for the connection.
• It is now possible to edit the person set as Solution Owner of a WorkPoint solution from inside the License Information page in the WorkPoint Administration.
• When importing a WorkPoint solution template, it is now possible to select whether to include or exclude the following settings:
  • General options:
    • MyTools (default: true)
    • Numerator Service (default: false)
    • Template Management (default: true)
    • Limited Users (default: false)
    • Relations (default: true)
    • Search Settings (default: true)
    • Event Receiver Management (default: false)
  • Business module options:
    • Aggregation (default: true)
    • Inheritance (default: true)
    • TabView (default: true)
    • Field Mapping (default: true)
    • Client (default: true)
• The WorkPoint Automate Process Builder now allows administrators to configure field options related to Cross Module Parenting, such as setting the fields as read-only, on business module which has the feature enabled.
• Configured tabs on Search Form WorkPoint Automate steps now have the following additional fields:
  • Search:
    • Search query: can now take input from the context as well as adaptive expressions.
  • Templates:
    • CAML query filter: allows filtering on search results using a CAML query.
  • List items:
    • CAML query filter: allows filtering on search results using a CAML query.
  • Entity items:
    • CAML query filter: allows filtering on search results using a CAML query.
• The "Search entity form" WorkPoint Automate step now allows filtering of search results based on a CAML query set in the step options.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed an issue in the Projects business module template, in which the "Probability" column in the Risk list on projects had 3 value options instead of the intended 5 value options. This prevented the Risk Matrix webpart from working correctly, because the webpart expects the number of value options for both the "Severity" and "Probability" columns to be equal.
• Fixed an issue where opening the Express panel if the solution had no business modules would crash the My Tools panel.
• Fixed an issue where setting a name for a document created using the "Create item" WorkPoint Automate step did not work if using a template for the document.
• Fixed an issue where Cross Module Parenting would display as enabled, despite not actually having been enabled.
• Fixed an issue where links in field descriptions in WorkPoint Automate processes would open in the same window. Now opens in a new tab in the browser.
• Fixed an issue where Export/Import overwrote HTTP endpoint credentials.
• Fixed an issue where the "Identity list" field of security rules were populated with random lists.
• Fixed an issue where WorkPoint Automate feature required an active Wizard Management license.
• Fixed an issue where filtering on the "Search for item in list" step did not work properly.
• Fixed an issue where the current location from where a WorkPoint Automate process was started was not usable from the process context.
• Fixed an issue where the default value of Managed Metadata fields were different from selected values.
• Fixed an issue where the "Hide preview" button on the "Document options" step did not work.
• Fixed multiple issues related to various integrations to WorkPoint 365.
• Fixed an issue where form validation messages were not informative enough.
• Fixed an issue where using the Tab button on the keyboard for navigation inside the Process Builder, doing so would cycle through option buttons instead of simply jumping to the next field.
• Fixed an issue where the "Remove read-only libraries and folders"  setting on "Select library and folder" WorkPoint Automate step was not working correctly.
• Fixed an issue where the "Create item" WorkPoint Automate step would fail if no setting was set in the "Existing document output behaviour" option.
• Fixed an issue where the actions on the "Document options" WorkPoint Automate step was missing an "end date" option.
• Fixed an issue where importing a WorkPoint solution template would fail if certain business module settings were not included.
• Fixed an issue where Relations settings were not included when importing a WorkPoint solution template.
