WorkPoint Express System Recommendations

WorkPoint Express System Requirements follow those of the Microsoft Office 365 clients.

WorkPoint recommends that devices running WorkPoint Express follow these specifications:

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (For WorkPoint Express version 6.3.3: Windows 10 or newer required)

Processor: 1.6 GHz or faster, 2-core

Memory: 64-bit: 4 GB RAM | 32-bit: 2 GB RAM

Display: 1280 x 768 screen resolution (32-bit requires hardware acceleration for 4K and higher)

Graphics: Graphics hardware acceleration requires DirectX 9 or later, with WDDM 2.0 or higher for Windows 10 (or WDDM 1.3 or higher for Windows 10 Fall Creators Update).

Internet: If connecting to WorkPoint 365 solutions, an active internet connection is required
